Accelerating Change & Transformation (ACT) Training

Emergent's Accelerating Change & Transformation (ACT) Training is a comprehensive, four-part program designed to develop strong organizational change practitioners within your organization. It includes a one-day workshop, a license to our Change Accelerator toolkit, applied learning on the job, and follow-on coaching from an expert Emergent change consultant. The program content has been honed through Emergent’s work providing training and consulting services to Fortune 500 and mid-market clients.
