Workshop Overview

This one-day, HRCI-accredited workshop will enhance participants' organizational change management skills and better enable them to facilitate the change for internal projects. Designed around the Accelerating Change & Transformation (ACT)^TM model, after the workshop participants will be able to:

Articulate the importance of change leadership
Define what change leadership is...and is not
Use a common change leadership language
Uncover organizational change opportunities
Integrate change best practices into the planning process

Workshop Structure

The interactive workshop is delivered in-house to a minimum of four and maximum of 15 participants. The program includes a comprehensive participant binder with activity worksheets and tools. Participants are eligible to:
